What is MINGU?
A platform to run your service business and give your customers their own app. You get a panel with customers, bookings, memberships and payments; they get an app carrying your brand.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You answer a few questions about your business and MINGU builds the panel and the app. Nothing to install, no code to touch.
How long does it take to set up?
Minutes. The essential setup is six short steps, and you can adjust the rest later from the panel.
Do my customers have to download an app?
They don't have to. The app runs from the browser and can be added to a phone's home screen like any other. On the Business plan it is also published on the App Store and Google Play under your name.
Can I customise the colours and logo?
Yes. Logo, colours, typeface and style — and you watch it change live on a phone as you set it up.
Can I take payments?
Yes, through Stripe. Your customers pay by card and the money goes straight to your Stripe account, not ours.
Can I create classes and bookings?
Yes. Recurring schedules, capacity, instructors, waiting lists and cancellations, under your own rules.
What happens after the 14 free days?
You pick the plan that fits and carry on. If you pick none, your space pauses: nothing you set up is lost.
Will you charge me automatically?
No. We don't ask for a card to try MINGU, so we cannot charge you anything unless you do it yourself.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. You cancel from your own settings — no phone calls, no minimum term.
What's the difference between the plans?
The features are the same. What changes is the active-customer limit, and that the Business plan publishes your app to the stores under your name.
Can I use MINGU as a personal trainer?
Yes. Personal Trainer is its own product, with training plans, nutrition and client follow-up, priced to grow with your client count.
Can I have my own app with my own brand?
Yes. Every plan includes the app with your brand. On the Business plan it ships on the App Store and Google Play under your name.
