Before you start
What you need to publish it.
Apple and Google verify every business before letting it publish. This is what they will ask you for.
Organisation developer accounts with Apple (Apple Developer) and Google (Google Play Console), in the name of your company or entity. Never personal or individual accounts.
Your company or entity’s D‑U‑N‑S number: Apple and Google ask for it to verify it. It’s free and can take several days to arrive, so it’s best to request it early.
Admin access for developer@mingu.es on both accounts. We’ll never ask for your passwords.
A public website for your business, with its privacy policy, and a support email for your clients.
Your business details, your logo and the texts for your store listing. We guide you step by step.
If you’re a sole trader without a company, write to us before paying for any account and we’ll tell you how to go on.
Then, in your panel, «Your app» guides you step by step through each account.

What you contract
- A custom iOS and Android app with your business’s brand.
- During the 14-day free trial only the MINGU app works. Your own app starts when you take out a MINGU plan with it; you can do so before the trial ends.
- Free initial setup and guidance through publication.
- €69.99/month + VAT, from the day the app is published on the App Store and Google Play. Nothing before.
- A minimum commitment of 12 months, starting that day. Afterwards it renews monthly, with no new yearly commitment.
- Your MINGU plan keeps its price and conditions. As the app is part of your subscription, it can’t be cancelled during those 12 months.

External costs
- Apple Developer: around 99 USD a year, at Apple’s local price.
- Google Play: 25 USD, one-time.
- Your business pays them directly to Apple and Google. They’re not included in MINGU.

Whose name is the app in?
Both accounts, Apple Developer (App Store Connect) and Google Play Console, are organisation accounts in the name of your company or entity, verified with its D‑U‑N‑S number, with admin access for developer@mingu.es. The app and its store listing belong to your business. If you’re a sole trader without a company, ask MINGU before paying for any account.
How long until it’s published?

What do I pay Apple and Google separately?
For your own app, your business pays Apple Developer and Google Play fees directly to Apple and Google. They are not included in any MINGU plan or in the own-app add-on price. Apple Developer: 99 USD/year or Apple’s local price. Google Play: a one-time 25 USD fee. Check current prices before enrolling.
Can I use it during the free trial?
During your 14 free days, your clients use the MINGU app. Your own app starts when you take out your MINGU plan with it, even before the trial ends. Meanwhile, you can prepare it and cancel it at no cost until you send it to us.
Can I change the design later?
Yes. You change the colour, cover and header in your dashboard, also once the app is published, and your clients see it straight away. Changing the icon or the store name needs a new review by Apple and Google.
